The adjacent house is at the back of La Sort, so there are no shared areas and this villa is pleasantly private, but within easy reach of the shops and restaurants. With mature gardens, sun terraces, private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with steps) and outdoor kitchen/dining terrace/BBQ area, La Sort is ideal for outdoor living, whilst the inside of the main house is simply but pleasantly furnished and comfortable, with the added advantage of air conditioning.
