Villa Nicoletta is a modern and spacious villa, built all on one level and is set in an olive grove. It stands off a quiet road in the countryside behind Latchi and has both views of both the mountains and sea in the distance.

The attractive resort of Latchi, once a traditional fishing village and now a thriving resort set around its pretty harbour and retaining its original charm, is just a few minutes drive away (approx 2 kms) and offers a beach, shops and a wide selection of restaurant serving fresh fish and international dishes.

The larger town of Polis is just 10 minutes drive away and offers more shops and restaurants from rustic taverns to gastronomic Greek cuisine.

Villa Nicoletta has a large swimming pool at the side of the property to give privacy and how many villas can boast their own "kleftiko" oven and BBQ with rotisserie outside!
Inside the villa is spacious and the furnishings are of high quality, providing elegant accommodation in an airy environment, with lots of doors opening onto the terraces outside. All bedrooms have their own TV and the villa is very well-equipped with nice extras such as a water cooler and Jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom. Nicoletta is next door to Villa Sophia, but is approached by its own private driveway and is quite separate and private.
These two villas may, however, suit a party of two families wanting to holiday together but in separate accommodation. Ground floor: open plan lounge / dining room / well-equipped kitchen with patio doors opening onto terrace, cloakroom with wc, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and opening onto terrace, 2 twin bedrooms each with en suite shower room. Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, safe, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, water dispenser, BBQ.
Maid service and linen change twice weekly. Air conditioning available at additional cost of CYP4.50 per unit per day payable locally. Cot and highchair available.
