Lying peacefully in a small cul-de-sac off the main Cala'n Bosch road, Rocas 44 is a delightful property in a convenient location. The resort's wonderful blue-flag beach is only a leisurely walk away and there are a whole host of amenities within a few hundred metres.\r\nMature gardens surround the house, liberally planted with trees and flowering shrubs and home to a sweet little stone ornamental well in the front lawn. Behind the villa, the built-in barbecue is thoughtfully positioned in the shade of some trees whilst a covered terrace with a terracotta roof and arched walls shades the front door and overlooks the pool area at one end. Double doors open from the covered terrace into an airy lounge which adjoins a kitchen, complete with a dining table and chairs. A door leads from the kitchen into a spacious garage where the washing machine can be found. Completing the villa's amenities are a bathroom and, although we offer it as only a two bedroom property, there are three bedrooms, the double having its own en suite shower room.
